Product Warranty
Products manufactured and sold by BRUMA are covered by the 3-year legal warranty provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, against conformity defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or exposure to conditions for which the products were not designed.
To activate the warranty, the consumer must retain the proof of purchase and contact BRUMA.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The use of this website and the interpretation of the legal provisions contained herein are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic.
The courts of the district of Vila Nova de Famalicão shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the provisions of applicable consumer protection laws.
